Clear Structure
Pages should use meaningful headings, predictable reading order, recognizable controls, and consistent navigation patterns.
RoamGear Inclusive Access
RoamGear is committed to providing a website that is usable by as many people as possible, including customers who navigate with keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice input, reduced-motion settings, or other assistive technologies.
Accessibility Commitment
Accessibility is considered across navigation, product discovery, product information, forms, checkout-related journeys, customer support, and the presentation of visual and interactive content.
Pages should use meaningful headings, predictable reading order, recognizable controls, and consistent navigation patterns.
Text, buttons, links, form labels, and visual states should remain understandable across common screen sizes and zoom levels.
Core website functions should support keyboard use and should not depend only on color, hover, sound, or precise pointer movement.
Accessibility is reviewed as pages, products, apps, content, and shopping features are added or changed.
Accessible Experience Map
The following areas guide the design and maintenance of the RoamGear shopping experience.
Logical tab order, visible focus indicators, descriptive links, and consistent movement between page regions.
Readable typography, sufficient contrast goals, clear spacing, and information that is not communicated by color alone.
Meaningful alternative text for informative images and restrained motion that respects supported user preferences.
Clear labels, understandable instructions, helpful error identification, and status messages that are not purely visual.
Layouts designed to remain usable on mobile devices, larger text settings, and common browser zoom configurations.
Conformance Approach
RoamGear’s accessibility goal is to align the website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA. The website changes as products, content, apps, and commerce features are updated, so this statement does not claim that every page or third-party component is fully conformant at all times.
RoamGear is actively working toward improved conformance through design review, content practices, keyboard checks, contrast review, responsive testing, and feedback from website users.
Technical Compatibility
RoamGear aims to support current versions of widely used browsers, operating systems, mobile devices, and assistive technologies. Older or unsupported software may provide a less consistent experience.
Core navigation and controls should be operable without a mouse wherever the underlying platform and third-party feature allow it.
Semantic structure, accessible names, labels, and alternative text are used to improve interpretation by screen-reader software.
Responsive layouts are designed to support enlarged content and common browser zoom settings without unnecessary loss of function.
Interactive areas, content spacing, navigation, and forms are designed for practical use on smaller touch-screen devices.
Where supported, decorative animation and transitions are reduced when a user has enabled a reduced-motion preference.
Clear labels, consistent controls, and keyboard-operable functions can support compatible voice-control and switch-input workflows.
Payment, order tracking, review, social-media, analytics, chat, and other third-party tools may be controlled by external providers. RoamGear works to select and configure services responsibly but cannot directly modify every part of third-party code or content.
Product photographs, diagrams, manuals, specifications, and media may originate from suppliers or manufacturers. RoamGear works to improve descriptions and alternative text, but some legacy or externally supplied content may require additional review.
Certain downloadable documents, videos, maps, or embedded resources may not yet include every preferred accessibility feature. An accessible alternative may be requested when available.
Parts of checkout or payment processing may be supplied by the commerce platform or payment provider. Report any barrier that prevents completion so the available support or alternative path can be reviewed.
New product pages, promotions, seasonal campaigns, or recently updated sections may occasionally contain an accessibility issue that was not identified before publication. Reported issues are reviewed for correction.
Accessibility Feedback
RoamGear welcomes feedback about website accessibility. Include the page address, the feature or content involved, the device or assistive technology used, and a clear description of the problem.
Customer support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Accessibility messages are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible, and RoamGear will work to provide information or assistance through an available alternative when appropriate.
Continuous Improvement
Accessibility work continues as the store grows. Product content, navigation, templates, forms, apps, promotional pages, and customer-support journeys may be reviewed and improved over time.
