You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use purchasing features on the website. If you use the store on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

These Terms apply together with policies, notices, product instructions, and checkout terms referenced on the website. A more specific written term for a product or promotion controls over a general provision here for that transaction.

You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate information during account registration, checkout, delivery, returns, and support interactions. You are also responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the website, investigate suspected fraud, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

We work to present product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, compatibility information, and colors accurately. Screen settings, production changes, packaging updates, and manufacturer revisions may create reasonable differences.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, correct errors, update information, discontinue products, or cancel an unavailable item before shipment. Material order changes will be communicated when appropriate.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and other required charges are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing, description, or calculation errors before accepting or shipping an order.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable amount. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We may review, accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel a paid order before shipment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method or handled as required by applicable law.

RoamGear offers free standard shipping on all products. The standard delivery estimate is 3–5 calendar days after the order is processed, unless a different estimate is displayed for the order.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier conditions, weather, address issues, high order volume, product availability, and events outside reasonable control may affect timing. When a shipment cannot be completed within a promised period, we may provide a revised estimate, request consent to a delay, offer cancellation, or issue a refund as required.

Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law and the delivery terms shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate deliverable address.

Successful email subscribers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount with no code required. Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount with no code required.

Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, applied retroactively, or combined where the checkout system does not permit stacking. We may correct promotion errors and end or change a promotion as permitted by law.

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged free of charge within 30 days, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in the Refund Policy. Products should be returned in the condition reasonably required by that policy, with included parts and accessories.

Refund timing may depend on inspection, payment-provider processing, and banking timelines. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
